We are thrilled to announce that STRETCH is launching its first-ever 200HR Yoga Teacher Training program in 2024 in collaboration with master teacher Coco Finaldi of Vie Vinyasa! This comprehensive and transformative experience is designed for those who aspire to deepen their practice and step into the world of teaching yoga with confidence and skill.

Program Details:
- Training Dates: June 3rd to July 3rd, 2024
- Class Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm (Except Thursdays 8am-4pm. No class on July 1st due to Canada Day). The schedule might have to be adjusted slightly.
- Location: Our studio is at 180 East Pender in Chinatown.
